Cool sight but I can't access the Ghetto Brothers page. If your going to add new gangs you have to include the Dutchmen. They were major white gang in the Bronx and Queens that have been forgotten. They were the only white gang at the Brotherhood truce meeting back in the early 70's.

I am glad you have corrected some info it shows you really want to do the right thing. However, after reading the comments on the guestbook It seems that some people are missing the point to this website and using it to shout out racist remarks. Like the guys who write about Puerto Ricans. The skulls had white dudes in thier clubs and crazy Joe from the Nomads was half Italian in fact I too have much Italian blood in me.Another fact is that plenty white boys got thier heads bashed in too many times for trying to live our lives or just being racist yet no black or Latino has written about it so lets keep this page focused and if any all white ex or current gang members have info on thier gangs or pictures well just send them in. Gangs like the Golden Guineas, Flying Dutchmen, or Blue Diamonds. Also from the Skulls many dead like: Hollywood, Franco, Carlito, Hippie, Mingy, Mr Hyde, Randy, Wax-y, Satchmo,Mike, and others that I will remember on my next comment.

Thanks for keeping it Real Lorine. I did not know about Hippie, Mingy, & Mr Hyde passing, May they RIP (tip my 40) like many of our brothers and sisters. The Savage Skulls were strong my friends becouse we were of many colors and races. Boricuas were more than most, but we still all got along like family and watched each others back. There is no room to hate and be closed minded anymore, as we probably have kids that we have to lead into a new turf (the world). The world is open and the fight has changed. As former outlaws, we should not have a problem helping others move out of fighting for a piece of wet concrete, to a chance in the world to own an island. My 5 kids relate to all people and I now have 2 grandchildren. We now have Black, Mexican, Italian, German in our family.It is sweet to see that what I learned in the streets with the Skulls gave me a better shot. The Skulls made me breeze through the Marines and today, I may not be rich, but I dont take crap from my boss, or my coworkers...

I wasn't in a gang, but I grew up in the Bushwich Projects in Brooklyn. My local gang was the Dirty Ones, but we also had the Hell Burners, The Phantom Lords, The Bartlett Boys, The Stockton Brothers, The Bikers, The Dukes, The Majestics, The Spanish Kings (who I think later turned into the Latin Kings). A little further away were the Jolly Stompers, The Lords, The Eagles, The Tomohawks (they were HUGE!). So many. I had friends who were in many of these gangs. In those days, bad-asses use to prove themselves mostly by man-to-man combat. They were violent days, and I lost a lot of friends, but, somehow, to me, they were better days compared to what we have now.

And, let's not forget the project specific gangs: The Marcy Boys, The Bushwich Boys (ROCK ON!), The Borinquen Boys, The Williamsburg Boys, The Lindsey Boys, Red Hook, Greenpoint . . . . . . . .

I was a member of the Seven Immortals of hollis/Queens Village.The pres was Herb,Lil BamBu was pres of young Immortals and I was vice pres.

We ran mostly with the savage Skulls of the same area.We also ran with the Immortals from Coney Island.The Crazy Homicides ran Steeple Chase where we hang out until war broke out.The pres of the Immortals there was Blue.His brother Freddy who was call Ace I grew up with in the sth of Bklyn.The other club that ran with us was the Dirty Dozen Rebel,d**n and Mousie where my boys from there.

It has been a long time that I have not seen many of my friends.Hi to all who remember me.

The last time we had a war.Which in Qns was a big thing Jamaican Prince was shot in the head and survived.The pres vice and war lord where all arrestted and the gangs kind of died out.

Peace Zulu King, I used to belong to Chapter #9 in Bklyn of The Universal Zulu Nation. I got So Much Knowledge from the nation and I also got to meet Legends like Bambaataa,D.st,Crazy Legs Etc Ect. I still have my Red Zulu Medallion that was signed by "Lucky Strike" who himself was a member of the Skulls Before Becoming ZULU.
ZULU is still alive and strong and will forever be!

I grew up in the Bronx on Beekman Ave, 139 St, 140 St,141 St. During those times the main gangs in that area were the Cypress Bachelors, Black Spades and I always heard mention of the ching a lings. When I was a kid a group the kids that I hung around with would call themselves the Baby Bachelors. My memories of the Black Spades was one of terrorizers. My father would often employe there services along with the Cypress Bachelors for security when they were rebuilding all of the area buildings. Let's just say that my father never had any problems. I remember dudes like Sugar from the Black Spades and Blondie RIP, ACE, Hector, Chico RIP, Lil Man, Money George RIP, all who were Cypress Bachelors. Those guys looked out for me on alot of occasions. This site has helped me remember so many of those occasions. Thanks!

I just want to say to all current and past gang/bikers out there that there are many of us who NEVER flipped our colors no matter what and some are dead because of the refusal to do so. Im also sure that every gang has there great warriors and they also had the punks that sneaked in and joined. Some gangs had some women who had more cojones than some of the men too but of course nobody will admit that. So everybody just goes on this site to talk about thier gang as the best and toughest in the entire NYC. I believe we should just talk about those days in memory of all we went through and survived and give shout outs to all the fallen brothers and sisters that did not.

Ok Sandy and a shout out to your sister dee also for surviving, as a woman I know that for us it was a real tough time when we were with men that were in gangs.Especially if they were the Pres. like you and I were, and I know that just being his wife I was always a target by other gangs. Found this web site. Click on "Documentaries" and follow to "80 Blocks from Tiffanys". Outlaw motorcycle documentaries too. I havent ordered but have heard of this site. They probably give you a DVD copy of the clip that you want. However considering that the VHS version costs from $60 to $80 this seems to be a good deal. Ride Hard - Live Harder!

I am trying to find any info on the remaining survivors of the documentary on LEFTY: Someone Dies In Brooklyn. I have the video & have hooked up with the people who produced the documentary. If I can locate any of the fellas, it will open up a new chapter to our Puerto Rican Culture and another updated documentary on these brothers. As a kid I remember Popeye & Trouble, may they R.I.P.

In 1978 a German Movie Producer filmed the Crazy Homicides, and the Sex Boys in Brooklyn. This movie is not available in the USA. The name of the movie is called:
LEFTY: Someone Dies In Brooklyn. I grew up in East New York Brooklyn during the mid-late 70’s and remember these brothers (the Sex Boys & Crazy Homicides). As a kid in Brownsville, there where the JollyStompers & the Tomahawks. It was an experience to witness these cultural events in my life. Today I have tracked down the movie on LEFTY and have gotten an exclusive copy of this footage from those that produced this production from Europe. I have collected exclusive videos on the Savage Skulls, (80 Blocks as well as Flying Cut) and have gotten a few on the 80’s Hip Hop era, but now I have an opportunity to work on a new project concerning the 70’s Outlaw era. If I can find any of the surviving members to the Crazy Homicides, the Sex Boys or the Savage Skulls then my brothers will have a chance to add another chapter to
